Pilgrimage Coordinator

Meet Charlotte Velloso!

She is a master’s student in the Public History program at West Virginia University. Her master’s thesis is on American Catholic pilgrimage at the turn of the nineteenth century. She believes that pilgrimage is not only a sacred journey, but also an opportunity to learn more about the history, art, and architecture one encounters.

She is proficient in Italian, so she is prepped to navigate the porticoed avenues of Turin.

She is thrilled to unite her love for history and art history with her Catholic faith, as she leads you on this exciting pilgrimage journey!
